GS-WDRD Double Station Laser Welding Machine

Double station laser welding uses high-energy laser pulses to locally heat the material in a small area. The energy of the laser radiation acts on the surface of the material to instantly break the molecular bonds of the material, and then melt and connect with the parent material molecules to form a weld status. It is a new type of welding method, mainly for the welding of thin-walled materials and precision parts, and can realize difficult welding methods such as spot welding, tailor welding, stitch welding, and sealing welding.

Product Application

It is suitable for laser welding of explosion-proof discs, flip sheets, poles, and flexible connections of new energy battery cover plates. The equipment adopts a double-station sliding table workbench to manually load the battery cover plate to the fixture, and switch between loading and unloading and welding.
